Once a unit is assigned to you, you store it, you lock it and you keep the key. A personal gate access code will also be assigned do you to access your unit outside office hours.
No, after the initial move-in payment units are rented month-to-month. We do require at least a 10-day notice prior to vacating the unit.
At Clive Storage & Preferred Storage locations there is a $10 administration fee. There is a $10 to $20 refundable deposit (depending on unit size) required at the Fleur Storage location.
Yes, We have a lighted lot and a fenced in complex. All units are secured with the lock provided by the customer. The complex has a secure gated entrance and our facilities are electronically monitored 24/7.
