Is a storage unit expensive?

Our self-storage solutions are relatively inexpensive and we have various sizes at various prices. We can discuss your storage needs and budget and help find the best solution for your requirements.

What are your rates?

Our rates depend on the size and type of the storage unit as well as the location. Click for a complete listing of Rates and Sizes.

What do you suggest for insurance on my possessions?

For peace of mind we suggest you insure the property in your storage unit just as you would your home, office or business. For your convenience we have helpful information available in our office for insurance plans.

When can I access my unit?

You may enter your unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays.

Who else has access to my unit?

Once a unit is assigned to you, you store it, you lock it and you keep the key. A personal gate access code will also be assigned do you to access your unit outside office hours.

Do I have to rent for a certain length of time?

No, after the initial move-in payment units are rented month-to-month. We do require at least a 10-day notice prior to vacating the unit.

Do you require a deposit?

At Clive Storage & Preferred Storage locations there is a $10 administration fee. There is a $10 to $20 refundable deposit (depending on unit size) required at the Fleur Storage location.

Are the units secure?

Yes, We have a lighted lot and a fenced in complex. All units are secured with the lock provided by the customer. The complex has a secure gated entrance and our facilities are electronically monitored 24/7.

Do you have large commercial units?

Yes, We have several units with overhead doors. Click for a complete listing of Rates and Sizes.

Do I need to make a Reservation?

Reservations are not required in order to rent a unit, but to ensure availability click on the Reservation link to fill out our reservation form.

What am I prohibited from storing in a unit?

Any hazardous material, flammable materials, propane tanks, food, etc.
